“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” Lakhs of homeless experience bitterness of winter and are at a great risk of suffering from severe illnesses. The rise in pollution levels and the early onset of winter this year have made them vulnerable, but at the same time it has given us the opportunity to serve humanity by donating blankets to the needy. There cannot be a bigger satisfaction than saving someone’s life. On the auspicious occasion of our beloved Late President, Mr.Gurnam Saran’s birth anniversary the students of CSR Club organized a CSR activity for needy people in Delhi/NCR. With a collective effort of EMPIans, the collected funds were used to buy clothes and blankets and were distributed to the needy people on the streets of Delhi. It was an excellent initiative which made EMPI fraternity proud and happy.
