A three day certificate course on “Certified Psychometric Testing Professional” was conducted under the aegis of Dr. Udai Pareek HR-LABS on May 02-04, 2012 at EMPI Business School, New Delhi. The course was designed for Heads of HR Function, wanting to drive change through the use of psychometric tests; HRD professionals who wish to use psychometric tests for Assessment Centers, Competency Mapping & Employee development, Heads of organizations & CEOs who are also heading the HR function, Trainers, Psychologists, Teachers, Consultants & Mentors
Objective of the Programme:
- Development of in-house expertise for designing and using psychometric tests, which other wise is expensive to outsource.
- Readily available 'menu' of psychometric tests.
- Driving 'Change' using psychometric tests. (Team building, Mentoring processes and Managerial effectiveness).
- Using these instruments to ascertain current levels of competence and initiate process for enhancement.
- Use tests as a tool for employee development.
- Access to Prof. Udai Pareek's instruments.
